DMW, DFA monitoring Filipinos affected by rains, flooding in Thailand

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) are monitoring overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who may be affected by the torrential rains in Thailand.
