Palace defends fresh grad's appointment as urban poor commission chief

Malacañang on Tuesday defended the appointment of 27-year-old Zofia Canlas as head of the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP), saying she has the dedication and experience needed to perform the job.
