‘Isabela vice mayor acted like an addict’
Following the outburst of Vice Mayor Jeryll Harold Respicio of Reina Mercedes, Isabela during a session of the Sangguniang Bayan, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said the town official must undergo a drug test.
