Michelin Guide 2027: 10 Philippine restaurants earn Michelin Stars

It's a big difference from 2026 where only nine Philippine restaurants were awarded stars; eight were given One Michelin Star each and Helm by Chef Josh Boutwood became the only restaurant to receive Two Michelin Stars.
