Sandiganbayan junks house arrest bid of Zaldy Co co-accused in flood control scam

The Sandiganbayan has denied the bid of one of ex-lawmaker Zaldy Co"s co-accused in the flood control scam, a former official from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
