Pax Silica won’t displace Tarlac IP groups – Marcos
Indigenous communities as well as an Aeta ancestral burial ground will not be displaced by the proposed 1,600-hectare Pax Silica project in Capas, Tarlac, President Marcos said on Tuesday.
